RFTS uses the AnyDesk client for remote support.

To enable remote access to your device, please follow the steps below.

  • Tap/Click the appropriate download link for your device from the Download Links below.
    This will download the installation file to your device.
  • Once the download is complete, tap/click (possibly twice, ie double-click) on the downloaded file to launch it.
    This will launch the installation.
  • You don't need to change any of the install options, just click the yes/ok/next/finish buttons to complete the install.
    Usually only takes a minute or two.
  • Once you have installed the RFTS AnyDesk client, it will likely start automatically after installation.
    If it didn't, locate it and launch it.
  • Once launched, locate the "This Desk" section and provide that number to your RFTS technician.
